APEX set up sustainable management center to integrate all the activities regarding industrial safety and environmental related issues. Measures relevant to resource conservation, energy efficiency, carbon reduction, employee safety, and other aspects of green products are designed, and promoted. Efforts to fulfill our social responsibility as a sustainable green business are exerted without any reservation.

APEX Textile impose using materials made from recycled waste、ocean recycled plastics and recycled biomass, also including biodegradable materials which is no burden to the environment.

APEX adopted environmentally friendly technologies by investing equipment for better manufacturing process_ such as waste reduction and pollution prevention. We will continue to design and implement related measures to move towards the goal to reduce more carbon emission.

CHEMICALS MANAGEMENT
Various projects have been undertaken with an objective to reduce carbon emissions. We have developed low-liquor ratio dyeing machines and low-temperature dyeing and shaping materials and processes to reduce energy consumption.

By combining technologically advanced equipment and use of renewable energy, we minimize the negative effects on the atmosphere.

Solar Energy

- Can provide 5% of the factory’s daily consumption of energy in summer.
- Can provide 2% of the factory’s daily consumption of energy in winter.

Sewage Recycling

- Recovering the dyeing discarded water and conduct water softening treatment.
- Recycle 30% - 40% of water consumption every day.
- Control pollution and save water resource.

Waste Gas Recovering

- Filter and recover the oil from waste gas before discharging.
- Each setting machine can process 25kg waste oil per month and reduce air pollution to minimum.

Steam Recovering

Recycling and purifying the high-temperature steam discharged from the setting machine will directly reduce the exhaust gas index in exhaust gas emissions by more than 90%, reduce the impact on the environment, and save energy at the same time.
